Choose the changes

Line endings are normalized to one format. Trim line edges, remove blank lines, or merge repeated spaces and tabs only when you want those changes. Whitespace cleanup can shift indentation, so review formatted code carefully.

Review and keep a copy

Clean the text, compare the character counts, and check the output before copying or downloading. Changing the input clears the old result; reloading or leaving ends the session.
